What's more, this process takes time, requiring IT Teams to invest significant resources over a long period of time to manually perform the necessary verification and migration steps.

Solution

Orchestrate the Windows 11 migration process with automated compatibility checks and pre-to-post migration user engagement. Non-compatible devices can be flagged in SericeNow, while compatible devices can move on to be automatically migrated using Entra ID.

This workflow automatically:

• Automating the assessment of pre-Windows 11 devices for Windows 11 compatibility
• Reporting incompatible or partially compatible devices through an ITSM solution
• Automatically attempt to resolve common incompatibility issues such as low disk space or TPM and CPU compatibility
• Engaging with users of compatible devices to determine the appropriate time to update
