Nexthink Appoints Meg Donovan to New Role of Chief People Officer

Boston / Lausanne — May 20, 2020: Nexthinkthe global leader in digital employee experience management, today announced the appointment of its Chief People Officer, Meg Donovan who will be responsible for overseeing the company’s worldwide HR, recruiting and facilities organizations and will be based in Nexthink’s North American Headquarters in Boston, MA. The Chief People Officer is a new role for Nexthink, created to address the company’s growing workforce and the critical nature onew ways of working. In Boston, Meg will join a growing management team and CEO Pedro Bados, who recently moved to Boston to grow the North American presence of the company. 

Meg Donovan has been leading HR teams for more than 10 years at fast-growing technology companies. Prior to joining Nexthink, Donovan was the VP of HR at PTC, a global software company. At PTC, Meg built and supported the HR strategy to provide information, tools and guidance on effectively managing and maximizing human capital for the organization. At PTC, she provided leadership for a team of local and remote HR business partners and the Employee Services center of excellence to provide business solutions that increase employee contribution, capability and commitment. 

Prior to PTC, Donovan was the senior HR manager at Mueller Systems, a pioneer in both Automated Meter Reading (AMR) and Advanced Metering Infrastructure (AMI) technologies, where she managed the HR function nationwide.
