Get Warranty Information

Script Description

Retrieves warranty information of Dell and/or Lenovo devices, via REST APIs.The warranty data obtained can be also related to the laptop batteries.

Execution context and suggested scheduling

Run the script as 'interactive user'. The script should be executed manually.

A timeout of 720 seconds is recommended.

Further Information

This Remote Action could fail in environments with a restricted network, due to the lack of communication with the corresponding vendor's API.
The dates presented in the output fields are all in UTC time zone and with the following format":" Year/Month/Day Hours:minutes:seconds (24 hours).
The Warranty Item Number found in the API response is known as the SKU number on the Dell Invoice. Choose the SKUs for the support item that relates to the device warranties for each purchased model. Do the same for the batteries, which are typically included with shorter warranty period. These SKU values are what should be used in DeviceWarrantyItemNumbers input parameters.

Set Boot Autologger

Script Description

Enables or disables the Autologger configuration. In addition to this, an ETW Trace Session will be enabled along the Autologger configuration.

Script Description

Provides detailed and granular information about the Boot time of a Windows 10 device.

Get Battery Status

Script Description

Returns the health status of the battery installed on the device, in terms of capacity that it can still hold. Useful for identifying the batteries to be replaced and optimize the power settings of the devices.

A timeout of 120 seconds is recommended.
