Dear Nexthink community,
Nexthink has been named a Leader in the 2026 Forrester Wave™ for Digital Employee Experience Management Solutions. I am incredibly proud to share this recognition with our customers, partners, and every Nexthinker whose commitment and ambition have brought us here.
As a founder, this recognition is particularly meaningful. I believe it reflects the quality and innovation of our platform and it strengthens, our conviction about where enterprise IT is heading and the role Nexthink can play in shaping its future.
We are entering the most profound transformation of enterprise IT since the cloud revolution.
Over the next few years, the way organizations deliver, manage, and support technology will fundamentally change. The traditional IT helpdesk, built around tickets and reactive troubleshooting, will largely disappear. And with it, many of the technology problems and frustrations that employees have learned to accept as inevitable.
Real-time intelligence about the digital workplace, combined with natural conversations with employees, will power autonomous AI agents capable of performing much of the work IT teams handle today, end to end. Employees will have the applications, answers, and support they need at their fingertips, without friction or unnecessary complexity.
I am incredibly optimistic about what this means for IT teams and the businesses they support. Organizations will see dramatic improvements in productivity, efficiency, and resilience. IT professionals will be freed from repetitive work to focus on higher-value challenges. And employees will finally experience technology that simply works.
This is not a distant vision. Organizations like BMW, Blackstone, and National Grid are already on this journey with us.
But such a profound transformation also comes with enormous responsibility. Autonomous IT requires more than powerful AI. It requires trusted data, deep understanding of the employee experience, and the ability to act safely and effectively across the digital workplace.
This is why I believe DEX is becoming more important than ever. Our data and insights keep the pulse on the digital workplace, and our technology continues to evolve from reacting to problems to autonomously orchestrating outcomes.
What started as a way to improve digital employee experience is evolving into a new operating model built on three layers: sensing, action, and engagement for the next generation of enterprise IT.
With the unveiling of Spark’s expanded capabilities and the newly announced Tasks and Control capabilities at our recent Experience ’26 event, we are rethinking how IT work gets done. Agentic orchestration and new IT service delivery and patching use cases show what IT can achieve with the depth, breadth, and insights of the Nexthink Infinity platform, across 1,300 organizations and 30 million endpoints globally.
For me, that is the real significance of this recognition. It celebrates how far we have come, but even more importantly, it reinforces our determination to keep pushing the boundaries of what is possible.
I want to thank Forrester for its research, our customers and partners for their trust and ambition, and every Nexthinker for the extraordinary work that has brought us here.
We have much more to build together. And I have never been more excited about what comes next.
Pedro
