This pack was developed to complement Nexthink Application Experience, allowing EUC, IT, and Application Owners to correlate sentiment with health, performance, and usage data of their business application to gain a realistic and comprehensive understanding of employees' actual experiences.

These 7 Engage campaigns have been carefully designed to collect the most relevant feedback while maximizing the response rate, focusing on:

• Measure satisfaction of employees while using business applications
• Assess how productive employees feel while using business applications
• Validate need for employee application licenses and obtain permission to revoke when not needed
• Determine demand for, and desired type of, training for business applications
• Measure satisfaction with support and areas to improve
