Nexthink Partner Briefing July – SLAs to XLAs Discussion

On-Demand Webinar

We are hearing it everywhere: focusing on Digital Employee Experience is becoming a differentiator for CIOs. This has been brought even more sharply into focus by the demand to stay productive whilst working from home and dealing with the additional pressures caused by the current pandemic.

A key component to ensuring continued IT success and a great employee experience is the creation and management of XLAs to underpin the improvement of employee experience.

But what does this mean to the investment – both financial and organizational – in existing SLAs? How do you start developing XLAs? Is there a best practice framework to follow? How can you govern these as they become the new normal? How can you automate their delivery? Furthermore, how can Nexthink support these initiatives?

Join Neil Keating (Director at Bright Horse) and David D’Agostino (ITSM Practice Lead at Nexthink) for a discussion on the value and best practices behind an evolution towards XLAs.

During this webinar we will clearly answer the above questions and show how Nexthink partners can augment their existing offerings to help their customers improve their employee experience by introducing XLAs and Nexthink to measure and manage them.
