Jon has over 20 years of experience in the technology industry, having held a range of leadership roles across consulting, presales, sales and marketing. Prior to joining Nexthink, he held a series of leadership positions with McAfee, VMware, American Express and Peregrine Systems with especially deep expertise in virtualization, cloud computing and security. Jon holds a Bachelor’s degree in Electronics Engineering from the University of Southampton, UK and a MBA degree from London Business School.

Before joining Nexthink, he was at Informix, SAP and most recently at BMC holding a number of senior positions in services & sales, managing large international teams. As BMC CTO for Digital Enterprise Management, he was fostering innovation on multi-cloud and workplace management with AIOPS. His passion for ultra-trail races and mountaineering expeditions is yet another opportunity to engage with teammates in challenging endeavours to learn and share when back at work.

    As Chief Financial Officer, Sacha oversees corporate finance including legal and accounting operations worldwide together with HR and Sales Operations. He has more than 20 years of accounting, finance and operational experience. Prior to Nexthink he was Chief Operations Officer of LeShop.ch, one of the largest online grocery stores in Continental Europe, and before that, he was director of finance and administration for Eden Springs, a leading European provider of workplace drinks solutions. He also has held auditing and finance positions with Arthur Andersen. Sacha holds a Chartered Public Accountant diploma as well as a Master of Science from the business school of Lausanne (HEC); and has completed studies at the University of California, Berkeley, Haas School of Business.

Prior to joining Nexthink, Michel was CFO at Neolane, a leading provider of digital marketing software which was acquired by Adobe Systems. Before joining Neolane, he was Vice President Finance of Partech International, a leading global venture capital firm with close to $1 billion under management. He has also served as CFO for several software start-ups including Boostworks, Wincap and Apsylog (acquired by Peregrine Systems, now HP). Michel holds a Master’s of Business Administration from Ecole des Hautes Etudes Commerciales (Paris).

  • Pedro Bados

    Pedro is one of the Nexthink co-founders and is CEO. He brings his leadership and vision to lead the organization and ensure its continuous growth. Pedro holds a MSc. in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science from the University of Saragossa, Spain, and spent a few years as a researcher in the Artificial Intelligence Laboratory at the EPFL (Swiss Federal Institute of Technology). While at EPFL he developed the first real-time end-user monitoring technology and he is the author of two patents on behavior modeling that are part of Nexthink’s core technology. Pedro currently is a Board member of the Alpine chapter of the Young Presidents’ Organization (YPO), he serves on the Board of several start-ups and he’s an occasional lecturer at EPFL on entrepreneurship and new technologies.
