Nexthink Receives Integration Certification from ServiceNow

Nexthink is trusted to enhance ServiceNow solutions for Incident Management, Problem Management and IT Governance

April 17, 2014 – Lausanne – Nexthink®, the unique provider of End-user IT Analytics, today announced that Nexthink’s solution has received certification of its integration with ServiceNow®. Certification by ServiceNow signifies that Nexthink has successfully completed a set of defined tests focused on integration interoperability, security and performance. The certification also ensures best practices are utilized in the design and implementation of Nexthink’s integration with ServiceNow.

Nexthink End-user IT Analytics boosts IT operations and governance. Nexthink maps all the IT services, how they are being consumed, and how the IT infrastructure is operating, from the perspective of the end-users (business users). With Nexthink, the ServiceNow console is populated with real-time end-user analytics that improve incident management, problem management and IT governance. The real-time analytics enables ServiceNow workers to preempt major incidents, which helps reduce the reporting of incidents by as much as 35%, predict the probable cause of problems reducing time to resolution by 60%, and be more proactive by identifying the end-users that have been or will be affected by the problem.
