End-user IT Analytics improves IT service delivery for FrontRange DSM deployments

Leveraging Nexthink’s new Integration Toolkit, JevoTrust’s integration module helps IT departments maximize the value of their FrontRange implementations.
The integration of Nexthink with FrontRange DSM combines the power of FrontRange’s platform and processes with Nexthink’s End-user IT Analytics to improve desktop and server management. FrontRange DSM enables IT departments to manage, automize and simplify the management of desktops and servers running on different operating systems. The integration of Nexthink provides real-time analytics covering end-user activity, endpoint performance and IT service issues, from within the FrontRange DSM console. Nexthink analytics helps FrontRange DSM workers provide proactive end-user support, streamlined application and patch delivery, and enables error-free workplace transformation and virtualization projects. Nexthink adds service quality experience from the end-user perspective to FrontRange DSM through integration of real-time events and dashboards.
