Barnardo’s Selects Nexthink to Improve IT Operations and Support

Children’s charity utilises IT Analytics to improve incident management and service delivery

By utilising IT analytics, the charity aims to accurately measure the end-user experience to improve the efficiency of incident management and service delivery.

Barnardo’s works with more than 240,000 children, young people and their families each year, and its mission is to transform the lives of the UK’s most vulnerable children. With over 900 services running nationwide, the charity relies on 15,000 volunteers and 8,500 employees in over 1,700 locations across Great Britain and Northern Ireland.
