Skype for Business Diagnostics

Script Description

Creates a file with information about Skype for Business calls within the last 7 days and calculates metrics for the last day.

Execution context and suggested scheduling

Run the script as 'interactive user'. The script should be executed every 1 hour.

A timeout of 120 seconds is recommended.

Parameters

Label Description
Min Seconds For Call Minimum number of seconds to consider a call as a short call
Num Hours For Timeout Number of hours to consider an unfinished call as a dropped call
Corporate Networks Comma-separated list of IPv4 subnets to check if a call was made in a corporate network or externally. They must be listed in CIDR notation. Provide "" to consider all the calls as made out of the office

The Remote Action stores call data for the last 7 days under the following path":"

The Remote Action relies on Skype logs to analyse its call activity, it does not perform any quality measurement, but only metrics calculation based on the information present in the log files.
For Skype to log calls properly, the logging attribute must be set to Full or Light in Skype Options > General menu.
