Script Description

Retrieves the network drives for a user on a device.

Execution context and suggested scheduling

Run the script as interactive user. The script should be executed manually.

A timeout of 120 seconds is recommended.

Script Map Network Drive

Script Description

This script allows you to map certain network drives (e.g. F:/ to smb//my_network_folder), or to recreate them in case they disappeared (which helps to resolve an incident quickly without the need for access to Group Policies).

Execution context and suggested scheduling

Run the script as interactive user. The script should be executed manually.

A timeout of 120 seconds is recommended.

ID Label Description
1 Drive Letter or letters separated by commas to assign the network drive
2 Network Path Absolute path or paths separated by commas
3 Delay In Seconds Number of seconds (0..30) to delay the execution to avoid network overload

Further Information

Network paths cannot contain commas. Even though a comma is allowed in Windows paths, it is used by Nexthink to split parameters into multiple values.
