What is Experience Everywhere?
Nexthink’s Experience conference is an annual gathering of the brightest minds and leaders in Digital Employee Experience.. Due to the pandemic this year, we’re going virtual—but you will get exclusive access to the latest tips and trends around the modern digital workplace. You’ll hear compelling, real-world success stories and learn best practices from businesses like yours. There are plenty of doubts surrounding 2021 and remote work, but this conference will equip you with the tools and confidence to manage your IT infrastructure, next year and beyond.
When and where is the Experience Everywhere Conference?
The online conference will be held in two regions:
EMEA – Wednesday, December 9
AMERICAS – Thursday, December 10

Do I need to register for the event in my region?
No – The programs have been developed based on time zones and relevant content for EMEA and the AMERICAS. You are welcome to participate in either program or both.
What is the flow of the agenda, and do l get to choose my sessions?
General Session There are hours of main stage programming which includes: keynote presentations, panel discussions, featured speakers, and entertaining performances by master mentalist, Lior Suchard.
Breakout Sessions – The latest innovations and new technology coming in 2021 will be highlighted through a series of 20-minute spotlight sessions, where you will have the opportunity to select up to 3 of the 4 presented topics.
Interactive Solution (Center – Nexthink solution specialists will share technical success stories from the pandemic and answer your burning IT questions. There are five, 30-minute modules you can pick from. Check the agenda for exact times! You can take up to four courses during this timeframe.
Community User Group Meetings – Nexthink clients are invited to participate in the Community User Group meetings, which will be held at the conclusion of the General Session. In EMEA, sessions will be held in French, German, and English.
What internet requirements do I need to achieve the best viewing experience?
Make sure you are in a space with a strong internet connection and sit close to your router. Desktop or laptop browsers: The event platform supports Chrome. Note that Microsoft Edge is not 100% perfect. Safari, Opera, Internet Explorer, Brave, Edge Chromium are not supported Don’t worry about having the ability to speak during online sessions – the only people who will speak are the presenters.
