This pack is an example of how to use the power of the Persona Insight pack to build actionable Personas for various purposes. It is not intended as a Production ready pack, it should be used as a guiding light for your implementation.

You are free to customize the pack as you wish to make it usable within your Organization, as the principles it uses and the actions it highlights can be used for any example type of Persona, not just developers.

There is a walkthough on using the pack on the Nexthink Documentation Library.

The pack requires version 6.29 of Nexthink if you are an on premise customer and it uses both the Digital Experience Score and the Persona Insight pack so please also download these from the Library.
