We’ve been listening closely to customers, who said that they want their staff to fully understand and be proficient on Nexthink and all the capabilities it offers, and based on this feedback, Nexthink Academy opened its virtual doors (minus the ivy walls and college mascot).
Nexthink Academy truly empowers customers and partners to get more value out of their investment in the Nexthink platform. And with 24/7 online training, customers can become proficient on Nexthink from whatever device they choose, whenever they wish to learn. The training program offers varying levels of certification – from Basic to Pro to Master levels, as well as two stay-up-to-date modules, which provide either Basic what’s new information on new capabilities, or an Advanced module that provides more technical details on the new features.
We’re always adding new features and capabilities to our end-user experience management solution, so Nexthink Academy offers quick updates on these new features so that customers and partners are taking advantage of all that Nexthink has to offer.
And in case “students” miss the traditional rigors of college life, Nexthink Academy even offers quizzes to demonstrate that different levels of Nexthink proficiency have been completed.
Serving as the gateway to Nexthink Academy, Nexthink Community is the virtual hang-out for fellow Nexthinkers, customers and partners. Here is where you can share ideas, gain valuable insights and discuss all thinks about end-user experience management and the Nexthink platform.
The online forum, which is free to join, gives access to key resources, such as Nexthink product downloads, documentation, a knowledge base of use cases and technical facts, as well as ongoing discussion threads about IT challenges, solutions and best practices.
