NEXThink experts are available to lead the creation of customized dashboards and mashups that meet the specific requirements of your IT management projects. The NEXThink Services team supports all phases of product implementation - from initial analysis and business case development through to full deployment, on-going maintenance and project completion.

training

NEXThink provides hands-on instruction in the deployment, administration, configuration and use of NEXThink V3 through a series of instructor-led courses. Classes are available online via web conference, at NEXThink's offices in Lausanne, Switzerland, at NEXThink Certified Partner offices, or directly at customer sites.

For organizations that have purchased a support contract, technical support is available by telephone or via email, Monday through Friday, 8am through 5pm, CEST.

Customers can also obtain assistance via our self-service Support Portal, which provides immediate access to case management and tools.
